Shipping and Return Policy

All sales are final. I can not accept returns. Especially of downloadable purchases.

You can always contact us for any concerns or questions about your order by filling out the "Contact Us" form.

To maximize the artist's (my) creation time, the process of order placement and creation is largely automated. Items are created upon purchase by a trusted and ethical third party printing/manufacturing company. This was done, in part, to help protect the environment from wasteful product production.

Once a purchase is finalized, the order is automatically sent to the appropriate printing/manufacturing company directly. They produce the product/print and then ship it directly to the purchaser. This does mean that the artist does not control much of the production process, only the creation process. This is also why sales are final and not refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When I respond via email, please take and have ready to include pictures of the package you received for improved successful communication and understanding of what has occurred.

Shipping

Originals are shipped by the artist from Western Washington, United States.

Digital downloads do not require shipping.

Regarding all other items: To maximize the artist's creation time, other items are printed/created upon purchase by a third party printing/manufacturing company. These items are shipped from Canada and the United States directly from the printing company. Printing location depends on where in the world the original order was placed. The artist does not control production or shipping of these kinds of items. She has done her best to select the most reliable and ethically responsible printing and manufacturing company. And occasionally unexpected issues can arise. The artist is willing to try and help you resolve any unexpected issues that come up to the best of her ability but can not guarantee a satisfactory resolution as she only controls the creation process, not the printing/manufacturing process.
